Diets are made for people who are perfect! Perhaps sculptured people always tell us how easy it is to lose weight – “just eat less and exercise more” they say without any compassion or empathy.  

  • Most of us are not machines or computers that can easily obey such overly simplified advice. 
  • Each of us has a totally unique set of emotions, social and economic circumstances, nutritional needs, likes and dislikes, hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities and allergies, cravings, genetic predispositions, and medical conditions
  • All of the things previously mentioned can create within us cravings for food that no “perfect” person can begin to comprehend.
